General Workshops

Our workshops are open to everyone and are designed to address specific needs on targeted topics, including courageous conversations and personal development. We also offer a women's empowerment series and a drumming circle as part of our diverse offerings. Please note that you must register in advance for all workshops.

Women's Empowerment Series

$120.00

The Women's Empowerment Series is an opportunity for women to come together in a safe and affirming environment to engage in courageous conversations, discuss challenges, and learn practical tools for leadership. This series will address issues of power and change management in both personal development and professional life. Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will also have the chance to participate in workshops and a drumming circle to enhance their experience (dates will be announced soon).

The cost of the groups is $35 per week, or you can save 15% by registering for all 4 sessions for a total of $120.00. Sign up below to be contacted as space is limited and fills up fast.

Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve…Harnessing the Power of Regret

This 4-hour workshop is a unique experience where you can engage in courageous conversations to evaluate the regrets in your life, aiming to channel that energy toward creating positive change. Regret often stems from shame, guilt, and a lack of trust in your inner voice. This intensive workshop, part of our women's empowerment series, is designed to help you move forward by harnessing that energy and shifting your actions into positive movement, much like the rhythm found in a drumming circle, all while focusing on personal development.

Drumming is beneficial for the body, mind, and soul. Join us for a night at our drumming circle, where you can engage in courageous conversations and allow your physical expression to transform thoughts, feelings, and even cells. This experience will also increase endorphins, helping you feel better while fostering personal development. Spend an hour or two in community sharing good vibes. Our next women's empowerment series will include workshops, and the next drumming circle is to be scheduled soon at Inward Bound.

This open conversational space is designed for women to connect and engage in courageous conversations, allowing them to have difficult discussions in a safe and affirming environment.
